How to make the fiber cement felt
To be make the fiber cement felt, it will be next process:
1st weave the base fabric and first heat_set the base fabric
2nd Carding the fiber web for the felt
3rd needle the base fabric and fiber web together by the needle loom
4th Heat_set the felt and cut into the right size
5th Check the permeability , GSM ,width ,length ,thickness of the felt
6th package the felt

4th heat_set the felt and treatment the edge
5th check the permeability of the felt
